Launch pricing is limited — so early support = big savings.

• If you ordered one Forma and its accessories, everything will be shipped together in one package.
• If you ordered multiple Formas, you will receive one shipment per Forma.

At CIRAGE, we produce on demand. Your coat is made especially for you once your order is placed.

Depending on which production batch you fall into, the waiting time is typically around three months. You can see the estimated delivery window based on the current batch under each product's pre-order button.

Your shipping batch and expected delivery time are communicated in your confirmation email once you place your order. Feel free to ask in case of doubt!

Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email as soon as your shipping label is generated.

Note: If you are from the USA, your order will first travel from France by sea freight (2–3 weeks). During this period, your tracking number will appear inactive until the parcel reaches the last-mile carrier.

If you are from the USA, your order is shipped locally from the USA after a sea freight transit.

Any other Country is shipped from France.

All orders are prepared for shipment in France.

• Orders for the USA are shipped by sea freight to our local partner in New-Jersey, then dispatched for local deliveries. The full transit may take up to 5 weeks.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all shipments from France to the USA are now subject to import duties and delivery taxes.
As a gesture of appreciation for our very first campaign, Cirage Paris covered all duties and taxes for the first shipment batch.
This may change for future shipments, though we hope global shipping conditions improve soon.

For EU customers:
For all EU countries except Switzerland and Norway, no import duties or delivery taxes apply upon delivery.

For customers outside the USA & EU :
Your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our shipping terms.

FORMA follows standard European sizing and is designed to allow light layering underneath.

Our recommendation:

Choose your usual EU size for a classic fit.

Some body types may prefer to size up for a more comfortable, relaxed feel—especially if you plan to wear thicker layers.

Vest & FORMA are sized separately:
The vest and the FORMA trench are independent pieces. Many customers select different sizes for each, based on their body shape and layering preference.

FORMA is crafted from a waxed cotton blend — water-repellent, breathable, and durable. The lining is a silky thermal viscose for warmth and comfort. All materials are vegan, natural, and built to last.

We offer two timeless colors for FORMA, Champagne and Black.

For La Petite, three colors are available: black, polka dots or fleurs rouges.

All Formas come with a transparent button on the belt - the purpose is simple, to prevent it from sliding off the trench! When closed, the Belt is tightly secured.

FORMA has 10+ compartments: for your phone, keys, cards, sunglasses, AirPods, a book, even a tablet. There’s even a cozy hand-warming zone.

The inner tablet pocket is designed to fit an iPad Mini perfectly.

Larger models like the iPad Air or Pro may not fit entirely.

FORMA is water-repellent, thanks to the waxed outer fabric.

It protects well against light rain and everyday weather — perfect for city life — but it's not designed for heavy downpours.

FORMA transforms easily from long to short and from hooded to collar-only, thanks to strong snap buttons we’ve carefully selected and tested.

Yes, the coat does close — it has a front button closure. The video shows an early prototype that was filmed before we added the buttons, which is why they’re not visible there. The final version includes fully functional buttons for proper closure while maintaining the coat’s elegant look. FORMA is built for life on the move — whether you're navigating subways or airports. It keeps your hands free, your essentials safe, and your style on point.

Yes — and customizable.

FORMA includes a removable thermal vest you can snap in when it’s cold, or wear solo mid-season. The coat’s silky cotton lining adds warmth without bulk.

Not all of them. Your key pocket and metro pocket are zipped for security, and there’s also a large zipped ID pocket inside. The other pockets close with velcro for easy access.

To avoid folding your Forma, we recommend hanging it from a coat-hanger or folding it flat. If possible, avoid storing anything on it.

Of course ! Colors can be matched at your convenience, but accessories can only match a FORMA the same size - except for the hood.

Don't worry ! You can clean it easily using a natural soap and mild, clear water. Brush softly to remove the stain, and let it dry naturally.

Any button can be safely sewn back into place ! You can do it yourself, or trust a local tailor to do it for you. In the event the button is lost, we've got you covered! All FORMAS come with replacement snaps and buttons in the middle zipped pocket, near the center of the coat.

FORMA is crafted from premium waxed cotton. Unlike conventional cotton fabrics, waxed cotton is treated with a protective wax finish that helps repel water, increases durability, and gives the garment its distinctive appearance and character.

This wax finish is an integral part of the garment. Over time, it will naturally develop creases, marks, and variations in appearance that reflect how the garment is worn. These characteristics are part of the intended aesthetic and should not be considered defects.

Because the performance and appearance of FORMA depend on this wax finish, excessive heat, harsh cleaning methods, detergents, solvents, and conventional garment care processes may damage or remove the protective coating. Following the care instructions below will help preserve the garment's appearance, weather resistance, and longevity.

• Clean only when necessary.
• Always hang your FORMA after use to help maintain its shape and minimize creasing.
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location.
• For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag.
• Ensure the garment is completely dry before storing.

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of request, it will be shipped with the next batch of fulfillment, or a refund will be issued instead.

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order within 15 days of purchase and receive a full refund. After this period, production begins, and the order becomes final.

Once the 15-day cancellation window has passed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the order follows the standard return policy.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. The following items are non-returnable: personalized or custom-made products, and final sale or discounted items.

We don’t currently have a store — our Paris boutique closed during the pandemic.
 But we do have a private showroom in Nation, where Elie works and occasionally welcomes clients.

That said, we’re dreaming of reopening a store soon… stay tuned.

Not at the moment, FORMA and any of the Cirage Paris collection are currently only available on our website, cirageparis.com.

The first FORMA trench was designed and hand-crafted in Paris, in a historic atelier in the Le Sentier district — the heart of traditional Parisian fashion craftsmanship.

Depending on order volume, FORMA will be produced in Portugal or Morocco.
