If you ordered one FORMA and its accessories only, or a LA PETITE and its accessories only, everything will be shipped together in one package.
If you ordered multiple FORMAS or LA PETITES, or a mix of both items, you will receive multiple shipments. All tracking numbers will be shared through email.

At CIRAGE, we produce on demand. Your coat is made especially for you once your order is placed.

Depending on which production batch you fall into, the waiting time is typically around three months. You can see the estimated delivery window based on the current batch under each product's pre-order button.

Delivery timing depends on your assigned production batch and destination. Estimated delivery windows are communicated under pre-order buttons, in your confirmation email, and via email updates.

We will email your tracking information when your parcel is ready to enter the trackable delivery stage. If your order first travels by sea freight, local-courier tracking may not update until the shipment clears customs and is handed over for final delivery.

Shipping routes depend on the product, production batch, and destination. U.S. orders may travel by sea freight to our New Jersey fulfillment partner before local delivery. Orders to other destinations are generally dispatched from France.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on current U.S. regulations. Whenever CIRAGE covers these charges, we will clearly let you know. Otherwise, applicable duties remain the recipient’s responsibility.

European Union
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties upon delivery. Applicable VAT is collected at checkout.

Each product has its own size guide. Choose your usual EU size for a classic fit, or size up if you prefer a relaxed fit or plan to wear thicker layers.

The FORMA trench and removable Doudoune vest are sized separately, so please check both measurement charts before ordering. LA PETITE has stretch, but its own measurements should also be reviewed. When between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Our collections are designed in Paris and produced by skilled manufacturing partners selected according to the product and production batch. Current production locations may include Morocco, Algeria, or China. We work with our partners to maintain safe working conditions and responsible production standards.

We believe great design should serve everyone. While the fit is slightly more generous for ease of movement, it’s flattering on all body types — regardless of gender.

FORMA combines the function of a trench coat with thoughtfully placed storage. It is water-repellent and modular, with multiple compartments designed for everyday essentials—useful for commuting, travel, and daily life.

FORMA is currently available from size XS to XXL. More sizes may be added in the future.

All Formas come with a transparent button on the belt - the purpose is simple, to prevent it from sliding off the trench! When closed, the belt is tightly secured.

Yes, the coat does close — it has a front button closure. The video shows an early prototype that was filmed before we added the buttons, which is why they’re not visible there. The final version includes fully functional buttons for proper closure while maintaining the coat’s elegant look. Not all of them. Your key pocket and metro pocket are zipped for security, and there’s also a large zipped ID pocket inside. The other pockets close with velcro for easy access.

FORMA includes a removable thermal vest you can snap in when it’s cold, or wear solo mid-season. The coat’s silky cotton lining adds warmth without bulk.

Yes. LA PETITE can be machine-washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. To help preserve its shape and finish, wash only when needed, use a gentle detergent, and air-dry. Always follow the care label attached to your garment.

The stretch knit allows the dress to move with you, making it very forgiving if your body changes slightly. With the adjustable belt, you can adapt the fit to your body — almost like a made-to-measure dress.

MÉLIÈS is crafted from a premium cotton poplin blended with a small amount of elastane for added comfort and freedom of movement. The fabric is breathable, soft, durable, and designed for everyday wear.

MÉLIÈS uses an easy-care cotton poplin selected to reduce the need for ironing. Wash according to the care label and hang promptly to dry. Depending on how it is washed and stored, light ironing or steaming may still be needed.

Each interchangeable collar attaches in just a few seconds using our hidden button system. Simply remove one collar and attach another to completely transform the look of your shirt—no tools required.

FORMA is crafted from premium waxed cotton. Unlike conventional cotton fabrics, waxed cotton is treated with a protective wax finish that helps repel water, increases durability, and gives the garment its distinctive appearance and character.

This wax finish is an integral part of the garment. Over time, it will naturally develop creases, marks, and variations in appearance that reflect how the garment is worn. These characteristics are part of the intended aesthetic and should not be considered defects.

Because the performance and appearance of FORMA depend on this wax finish, excessive heat, harsh cleaning methods, detergents, solvents, and conventional garment care processes may damage or remove the protective coating. Following the care instructions below will help preserve the garment's appearance, weather resistance, and longevity.

• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location.
• For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag.

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of request, it will be shipped with the next batch of fulfillment, or a refund will be issued instead.

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order within 15 days of purchase and receive a full refund. After this period, production begins, and the order becomes final.

Once the 15-day cancellation window has passed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the order follows the standard return policy.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes. The following items are non-returnable: personalized or custom-made products, and final sale or discounted items.

We don’t currently have a store — our Paris boutique closed during the pandemic.
 But we do have a private showroom in Nation, where Elie works and occasionally welcomes clients.

That said, we’re dreaming of reopening a store soon… stay tuned.

Not at the moment, FORMA and any of the Cirage Paris collection are currently only available on our website, cirageparis.com.
