Cirage Paris – Pre-Order, Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cirage Paris, every order is currently a pre-order. We value your trust and want to be transparent about your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order within 15 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

After this period, production begins and your order becomes final.
2. Returns After Delivery

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.-
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.Shipping costs are non-refundable.-
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.-
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
