Shipping Policy – Cirage Paris

Pre-Orders Only

At this time, all purchases made through Cirage Paris are pre-orders. This means your order is reserved in advance but will not ship immediately. Production is currently underway, and shipping will begin once items are ready.

Estimated Delivery

We will provide an estimated shipping window on each product page and in your order confirmation. Please note these dates are estimates only and may be subject to change. We will notify you by email of any significant updates or delays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

When your pre-order is ready, it will be shipped using a tracked delivery method. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Cirage Paris is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Split Shipments

In some cases, we may ship items in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
